You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting support. Any PKR balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you through your most recently used payment method after standard verification is completed. Temporary self-exclusion is also available as an alternative to permanent closure.

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your available balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to a connectivity issue, odds change, or market suspension are not valid and the stake will remain in your account or be returned within a short processing period.
Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play (live) odds change in real time during a match and the odds displayed at the exact moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager. Markets may be suspended during key events in a match and during official review periods such as DRS (Decision Review System) reviews in cricket.
A bet may be voided in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; an obvious pricing error occurred at the time of placement; the market was suspended at the moment the bet was placed due to a system error. Voided bets have the full stake returned to the player's account.
Maximum payout limits per single bet and per market type are displayed in the betting rules section of the Platform. These limits apply regardless of the odds or the stake placed. Any winnings above the stated maximum payout limit will be reduced to the maximum at settlement.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Alano DT and will result in account suspension, closure, and potential forfeiture of balance:

If an account is closed by Alano DT due to a breach of these Terms, any PKR balance in the account may be forfeited in full, particularly where the breach involved bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player misconduct (for example, where Alano DT ceases to offer services in a particular territory), any confirmed real money balance will be returned to the player through their last used payment method.
Account suspension during an active investigation does not automatically result in forfeiture. Balances are held pending the outcome of the investigation and returned if no breach is confirmed.
